Experienced Maintenance Technician Full-time Experienced Maintenance Technician for Residential Properties: • Resolve and Complete work orders in a timely manner • Pick up trash if seen on grounds • Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants • Must pass background check • Must have your own basic tools • Must be able to use a smartphone, email, text, and complete electronic work orders Troubleshooting and making routine repairs in the following areas: • Painting • Electrical a must • Plumbing a must • Minor Carpentry • Other building maintenance items as needed Experience and Compensation: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position, compensation is based on your experience.
