Company near Irvine Spectrum is looking for a full time Janitor. Must have good communication skills, good attendance, and good attitude. We offer great benefits for full time employees. JANITOR: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm Mon – Fri. Rate: $16 - $20 per hour DOE Maintains regular daily/weekly schedule to accomplish the following and keep the building in clean, orderly condition:  Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming.  Spot cleans carpet.  Gathers empty trash throughout building and disposes. Sanitizes trash containers as needed.  Services, cleans and supplies restrooms and breakroom/kitchens.  Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures.  Cleans windows, glass partitions and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges and squeegees.  Dusts furniture, walls and equipment.  May polish floors as needed (very occasional)  Follows procedures for the use of cleaners to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.  Requisitions supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.  May help to set up tables, chairs, to prepare facility for company events or meetings as needed.  Adheres to company policies and procedures, including safety procedures.  Must have good communication skills, good attitude, and be very hands on / proactive  2+ years of experience
