Weekend Housekeeper Needed for Palisades Family

Location: Pacific Palisades Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 12-8pm Compensation: $35/hour on payroll DOE We have a really wonderful, very kind family who lives in Pacific Palisades seeking 2 housekeepers! They are a young couple with 3 children, and live in a brand new, beautiful home. There are currently 3 housekeepers in place and they would like to add two more amazing women to the team (for weekday and weekend help). This is a unique and dynamic position as the candidate must be a Jane of All Trades, capable of helping with both cleaning and occasional care for the kids, some meal prep, or whatever else may arise. This is very much a team environment and the family wants someone to have a no task is too big or small mentality – truly knowing how to work well with others and chip in wherever there is a need. The children are all in school during the day, but when they are home, everyone helps out with the kids. Please be OK with driving to pick up from school, make their lunch for the next day, or drop them off at an activity after school – IF needed. The ideal candidate has experience working in a large estate, with a UHNW family. Must be knowledgable and experienced with caring for expensive art, furniture, clothing, jewelry, etc. We do not want someone who is afraid to ask questions and be vocal about their work or any uncertainties. The family will appreciate someone who is an excellent communicator and is tech savvy. This is truly a wonderful family who wants to make sure everyone feels supported and not burnt out. Everyone will share and trade tasks as the home is large and there are lots of moving parts. The housekeepers that are currently in place are very friendly, easy going, no drama mentality, and are all around amazing at their job, so we would love to find two more rockstars who will fit right in to this dynamic team! Specific duties/requirements include: Daily general cleaning and deep cleaning as needed Laundry for the household Organizing Ironing – MUST be experienced and comfortable with ironing clothing, bedsheets, etc. Willing to help with the kids if needed – pick up from school/prep lunch or dinner/help with bath, etc Meal prep – help with dinner, make a snack, lunch for next day, etc Comfortable with dogs (there is one very sweet labradoodle) – will not be required to care for the dog Self – starter, team player, positive attitude, upbeat personality
