Looking for a fun pick/pack job in the travel space? Look no further! :) The Wander Club (thewanderclub.com) is looking to hire multiple Fulfillment Specialists to help with picking and packing orders during the holidays and potentially beyond. It's our mission help people keep their travel memories alive! We do this by making engraved tokens for all the places that someone has been to as well as making leather token holders. For every purchase made, we provide a meal to a child in need. We're a small but mighty team that likes to work hard and play hard! We've got good music, good vibes, and a safe/supportive environment. The compensation for this position is $17 per hour. This is a full-time job, Monday through Friday, with two potential shift assignments: (A Shift) 6:00AM to 2:30PM and (B Shift) 2:30PM to 11:00PM. You will generally be working 35-40 hours a week, sometimes more/sometimes less, depending on demand. Potential start date is end of October and potential end date is middle of January. Key Duties and Responsibilities: ● Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently ● Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends when needed ● Ensure that a clean and organized work area is maintained ● Perform other related warehouse duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment ● Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics/integrity Critical Knowledge and Skills: ● Accuracy, analytical skills and attention to detail are required ● Excellent interpersonal, oral & written communication, organization and teamwork skills ● Good judgment and planning skills ● Ability to interact with all levels of management ● Team player; co-operative; proactive; fast learner ● Ability to multi-task and work independently; to prioritize and perform tasks efficiently even when under pressure or time constraint and follow-through to completion ● Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma COVID-19 Considerations: Your safety comes first!
