Dean on Telegraph 1996

I know this is a long shot… In 1996 on Telegraph in Berkeley I made friends with a guy named Dean on the “crusty punk” scene. (This was around the same time Frank Depression was still around in Berkeley.) Dean was a white male, about 30 years old, 6 ft tall, good looking with a very good smile. He had a mohawk and a walking cane, and he wore a dark maroon vest with a button adorned with safety pins. He’s an alpha male by all means. He hopped trains a lot and the last time I saw him was in Eugene, Oregon in May of 1996. The chances of this producing any result is so slim but I have to try because I’ve never stopped thinking about him over the past 25 years and I almost died this past weekend. There are a few things I know about him to verify his identity. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 🙂
