We are a Las Vegas pool service and maintenance company looking to hire pool techs who are fun, professional, and reliable. We choose quality people first. Experience is not required but certainly a plus and compensation will be adjusted accordingly. Role The Pool Service Technician will be provided the addresses for pools to clean. Maintenance process includes brushing the pool, skimming the water, and balancing the chemicals to ensure the pool is in clean optimum condition. Finally, the technician conducts a brief equipment check to ensure the pump equipment is in full functioning order. Expectations 1) MUST have your own vehicle. 2) We provide chemicals. 3) Reliable and consistent. 4) Have integrity. Compensation We pay $10-14 per pool depending on your experience. Experienced techs will be able to service about 2 pools an hour so that's about $20-25 per hour. Expect to service 10-15 pools per day. This is a 1099 position.
