OC. (which stands for Orange cat) (OK he is orange and white like a Creamsicle) joins the multitude of cats who have a very sad story. He was left behind even though he was an indoor cat when his owners moved — for a year the neighbors fed him…he was very skittish being terrified outside and it took a long time before someone was able to secure him and take him to the vet! He was so skinny and had a wound on his side and his little feet were bleeding! Another FIV+ cat must have bitten him so now OC has FIV and hypersensitive allergies. After three months of treatment and love and a stringent diet to control the allergic response, OC is a handsome super sweet purr baby... he gifts you with drool he is so happy to be petted and safe! He is neutered, up-to-date on shots, totally vetted - the vet thinks he is between three and five years old. OC needs a special home where the owner can completely control his diet - he is super sweet with other cats, but you have to feed him separately (and he must not have access to the other cats food the rest of the day ). He would want to be the only pet! Why? Because he loves human affection and could have you all to himself! His Royal Canin allergen food is going to cost about $100-$125 a month and currently he is tapering off a once-a-day medication. He may need to be on this diet for life - so someone needs to be prepared to devote their love to this guy... and a little extra money for cat food! Small rehoming fee.
