We are a thirteen-year-old property preservation asset management company with a stellar reputation. We pay well and we pay on time. We're not on anyone's list of delinquent companies. This is very important information in the preservation industry. We're asking for a particular type of preservation professional. Must very sharp, able to interface with management and code enforcement agents, ect. Must be able to communicate well in BOTH verbal and written forms. Must have years of experience with companies like Altisource, Safeguard, Xome, Ameritrust ect. Preferably as a direct client's. We pay a little more but you have more responsibilities such as uploading information into a child account and returning emails. We have people on our team that are former Bank employees that started preservation companies as well as individual to formally worked for companies like Boeing and Northrop Grumman. We're not looking for the run of the mill person. You are the guy who can do work from yard work to mold remediation. You can arrange plumbing from a licensed plumber, you can arrange roofing from a license roofer you can get appropriate bids and turn them in on time.
