All ages, all weight classes, all levels of experience! Once again ladies, the ring is all yours. October 16, 2021 10am check in 11am Sparring All female sparring days are definitely one of our absolute favorite events. We dedicate the entire gym and most importantly the RING to all the females that want work. It doesn't matter the age, experience, weight we always make it work. Come ready!! As always, we'll have some awesome pro's in the house! We had a slip up last event so this time around we'll have double the raffle prizes lol See you the 16th.
