I just think it’s odd that the people telling you that you have to be vaccinated are exempting themselves from it. Kind of hypocritical. If a friend asked you a question then it becomes your responsibility to attempt to find the correct answer. However if your aim is to foment unrest then just repeat the latest goofy GOPer rumor that’s published. Duh Trump, in the middle of a virus pandemic stood in the Rose Garden and railed publicly about another national emergency. Toilets. Trump wailed about how his “friend” had to flush the toilet “5, 10, 15 times” to make the brown go down. Trump if he were a wise man would have reminded his “friend” perhaps the fault was not in the toilet design. And the old adage applies “Eat like an elephant shit like an elephant.” Anyways I never did hear the results of his proclamation to investigate and resolve the issue. The three branches of government are by law independent of each other. Ring a bell? 6th grade history class. Biden issued a mandate for the Executive branch. He has no authority to do so over the Legislative or Judicial. Certain school unions and teachers aren’t exempt. It’s a local issue and as shown in New York city the exemptions of the Mayors’ edict are for religious and/or medical reasons. Members of the house, well lets take a flyer on that. Perhaps the members you’d like to quote as dismissing mask efficacy come from a predominately “Red’ district. In a backward state, that receives more federal tax dollars than it contributes. Which translates to a poor, undereducated electorate. Now this Rep. has to decide which is more important his job or the truth. As an example let’s talk about Rand Paul. There’s something very odd about the man. A supposed physician. Who likes to cater to his dumbed down flock from Kennnnn Tucky. He of all people should realize that masks are worn to mitigate the spread of bacterial and viral disease and I’m sure he does. But his public choice is to pander to the ignorant crowd, much to their applause. If you had to make a decision, a life or death decision, would you choose the advice of the majority or the few weirdos? It sounds as thought you prefer your actions be determined by Rand Paul and Ron Johnson. Good luck with that. An ounce of common sense and some curiosity might be something you’d consider getting next time you’re at the store. You anti’s turn a blind eye to the obvious without bothering to ask the most basic of questions. Why is the U.S. number one in covid deaths in the world? Who has done a better job? How did they accomplish their success? Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea and scores more are the examples of how to handle a virus. The U.S. as proven by the numbers is the example of what not to do in controlling a virus. Florida is burdened with a leader who plays at the Trump “dog whistle “game. His thinly veiled freedom of choice act panders to the anti-vax, anti-mask crowd. And gives him plausible deniability in case it all goes south. I’d ask of you to answer one question. If Trump got it right, if his sock puppet DeSantis got it right then how is it that Florida with a population of 21.6 million and 56,407 covid dead can be considered good or right when a quick look at South Korea with double+ the population at 51.3 million has 2,554 covid dead? It’s obvious you are incurious, Like Trump, and G.W. Bush. Ignorance is not something that’s appreciated in any society. It’s not a badge of honor. It’s not something to roll in. I already know the answer to my question. And I’m also confident that what’s obvious to anyone of average intelligence will totally evade you. Never in a million years will you figure it out.
