A free women's fitness night and networking event! Come sweat, mingle and shop our apparel line & sip healthy tonics with us. We are a pilates studio and comunity of women in Deerfield Beach Florida . This is your new girls club, sweat club, social club and networking team. Come meet us. We would love and feel especially welcome to have a girl gang of local women that come out to support another ladies dream venture and post covid pivot. I was diagnosed with multiple auto-Immune dissorders and decided to shut down my studios during the pandemic. I moved to Florida to be closer to my family and after some recovery time I realized Boca Raton and Deerfield Beach was the community that would accept and embrace my wellness offerings.
