Description

Are you good at customer service and don't like working on nights or weekends and being in one place all day ? We are looking for bi-lingual or Spanish speaking employees and a driver's license is good it is not required. If you are a responsible and reliable employee and looking for a job in the house cleaning industry here are the 5 questions to ask and you will find that we are the best in the industry! 1. Do I have to use my own car? At our company you drive company cars from the office to all your customers and all gas, equipment and supplies are paid for by the company. At most house cleaning companies you need to drive your own car and the company pays you for mileage. 2. Do you have to work nights and weekends if that is when customers want the work to be done? At our company we only accept assignments from Monday to Friday 8 to 4 or when your assignments for the day are done. Many companies schedule jobs on nights and weekends. 3. Does the hourly pay in the ad include pay for time spent driving between assignments? At our company we pay for all time worked starting at $14 per hour for training and ranging from $14 to $17 after that. At most companies the hourly pay in the ad is only for time spent cleaning houses, not the total time worked. Most Team members also get $100 to $150 in tips a week from customers. 4. Does the company pay for holidays and vacations? At our company you get paid holidays and 10 days a year vacation time. Most cleaning companies don't pay for vacations or holidays. 5. Does the company guarantee you a certain number of hours per week? At our company we guarantee 35 to 40 hours a week. Some house cleaning companies only schedule you for times when they have work so a full-time job can turn into 15 to 20 hours a week without notice.
