Multifaceted Personal Assistant

Description

We are a group of 4 owners with 28 apartments, some rented with year leases and others as short term rentals. We also have a full service restaurant with 20 employees. We are looking for a personal assistant to help run these projects. Construction projects include painting interior and exterior, fence installation, light yard work. Rental property management duties include collecting rent, advertising rentals, laundry for sheets and towels, troubleshooting plumbing repairs. Restaurant duties include answering messages, post job listings, interviewing candidates, assist at high volume time or when there is a shortage of employees.
