Join the You Aren't Alone Project for a Creative Relief Wellness Retreat In partnership with the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge Creative Relief Program, the You Aren't Alone Project is proud to offer a Creative Relief Wellness Retreat designed especially for artists, creatives and makers alike to engage in mental health & wellness activities for self-care, support and solace in a safe and collaborative environment. The retreat will be held at the beautiful new Cary Saurage Community Arts Center located at 233 Ferdinand St in downtown Baton Rouge. Space is limited and registration is required. $15 General Admission | Free for Arts Council Artist Members COVID protocol: attendees will be required to present proof of vaccination or negative covid test within 72 hours of event in order to attend. Masks will be required while not actively eating or drinking and additional safety and social distancing measures will be in place. _____________________________________ Agenda (in progress) 9am Coffee & Conversation We'll enjoy a light breakfast and set intentions for the day together.9:30-10:30am Yoga & Meditation with Ellie Young, My Modern Mantra10:30-11:30am Small Group Breakout Sessions facilitated by mental health professionals 11:30am-noon Lunch will be provided. The You Aren’t Alone Project is a nonprofit organization dedicated to forming a network of support for mental health in Baton Rouge and beyond so that no one ever has to feel alone. The project exists to encourage understanding, erase stigmas, and to invest in building the right relationships that will continue moving this initiative forward. Our ultimate vision is to make mental health accessible to everyone.
