This year we have continued the growth by hiring more sales and marketing representatives in South Jersey. This position is responsible for lead generation- scheduling Free, No Obligation Estimates. We are looking for the next top marketing rep that can take on a management position within 6 months that will include additional uncapped bonuses based on your team's performance. The 3 week Training is paid so previous industry knowledge is not required. Responsibilities: In this role you will play an integral role helping our customers dramatically increase the appeal and value of their home. After our sales training you will be paired with a skilled sales mentor for continuing your sales development. • Delivery of sales presentations to close new business • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Participation in ongoing sales training and support • Exceed performance standards Qualifications and Candidate Characteristics: • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline. • Naturally outgoing and articulate • High standard of integrity and strong work ethic • A student mentality with a passion for learning a wide-range of additional sales skills • Desire to mentor new employees as we expand • Reliable Transportation • BA/BS preferred but not required Ideal candidate may have previously worked as - solar sales - outside sales - sales representative - phone sales agent - customer service / customer relations - Job Types: Full-time, Commission Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
