Looking for experienced spray foam installer! We will pay top dollar for your experience. Spray foam installers are responsible for identifying and correcting spray foam issues, manage rig conditions quality, safety, and efficiency, and providing coaching to more junior installers. Must have experience in Attic Must have reliable transportation. Technical: Diagnoses and resolves issues in the field. Operations: Removes and installs insulation based on the specifications of each job. Follows standard operating procedures with equipment set up and operation. Completes a high-quality job while maintaining efficiency. Has working knowledge of all types of insulation installation (blown-in, spray foam, and batts) and consistently performs quality checks. !Has knowledge of rig repair and maintenance! Customer Service: Communicates professionally with customers. Maintains a professional image and thoroughly cleans jobsite upon completion of the job. Continuous improvement of customer service, quality, efficiency, and safety. Team player: Provides instruction and training to junior team members. Communicates any issues to Operations Manager. Performs other related duties as required. Safety: Adheres to Jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws. {(if driver) Ensures that the rig is safely driven to Jobsite locations.} Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent time management. Ability to troubleshoot, operate, and maintain equipment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Written and verbal communication skills. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling. Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently. Assist in preparing and cleaning job site before and after Manage and run a crew as well as the complete operation of rig Load and log materials onto truck and makes notations of returned materials Operates equipment that injects foam insulation by carrying/ holding a hose up to 150 feet long and weighs up to 56 pounds. Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights. Education and Experience: Some High school.
