Seeking another artist to split my existing studio space in Brooklyn, available Oct 15, or sooner. The rent for you would be $350/month. Since I have a day job and am only there a few times a month, you would have the whole space to yourself most of the time. The studio is a fully private room located in an industrial building in the Sunset Park neighborhood of Brooklyn, close to the Gowanus Canal and Industry City. The room is equipped with a window and fan (for those working with solvents), as well as a locking door. The building itself includes a number of other private studio spaces and is open 24/7. Looking for someone who is responsible, easygoing and a good communicator. Artists of all trades are welcome!
