Explore movement, connection, and communication Join us for an evening of acroyoga - explore movement, connection, and communication while learning a variety of acroyoga poses. Acroyoga is a partner based acrobatics practice that is accessible to a wide range of abilities. There are always two or more people involved. A base is a person connected to the ground supporting other people. A flyer is a person who the base is supporting. This workshop is open to all levels. Those newer to the practice will focus on foundational poses and those with more experience will work towards linking the poses shared into a flow. Proof of Covid-19 vaccination and masks required. Aly Sweet (yes that is her real name) began doing acroyoga in 2016 by accident. After the initial shock, Aly fell in love. She found personal growth and joy in building balance, strength, and partnership. After years of playing, training, and helping guide new practitioners at jams, Aly became an AcroLove certified teacher in 2020. She is passionate about sharing her love of acroyoga and growing her community. Ticket Price: 25-40 How much should I pay for a sliding scale course? Sliding scale takes into account your financial situation and circumstances when setting tuition. The higher end of the scale ($40) is intended for those with stable incomes and the ability to save. Your ability to support at the higher end allows the course to offer sliding scale tuition! The lower end of the scale ($25) is intended for students, and others who are getting by but don’t have much extra in their budget. If you find yourself between these two examples we suggest a mid-range rate ($32).
