Job description: We are a construction business, and we are looking for an experienced residential window and door installer who is ready to work, willing to learn, and who brings a “can do” mindset to the job every day. Looking for experienced and inexperienced residential window and patio door installers. FRAMERS WELCOME TO APPLY! We are willing to train the right candidates who are eager to work and can meet the physical demands of the job. Requirements: Experience in flashing, caulking and trim for windows and patio doors a plus. Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and a team player Organized and ability to follow direction. Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done right Must have the ability to lift heavy materials. Fit and Strong. Must be able to work at heights, off of lifts, and off scaffolding. Must have a clean driver's license. But we are willing to train for the right candidates who are eager to work and can keep up with the physical demands of the job. We have benefits available for full-time employees: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, PTO and Paid Holidays (after 60 days of employment). Wages dependent upon experience. If you have superior experience, then we can look at superior pay.
