Let us gather for dinner to celebrate the achievements of our alumni award recipients with family, friends, fellow alumni and NIU staff! Join Dean Balaji Rajagopalan in celebrating you, and the accomplishments of your fellow NIU alumni, at the Schaumburg Renaissance Hotel, 1551 N. Thoreau Drive, in Schaumburg, IL. As an attending award recipient you are provided a complimentary table of 8 . You may register up to seven additional guests, aside from yourself, for your table. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to add the name of each guest and choose their meal. This information will be used for nametags of guests as well. If you are unsure of a guest's attendance and would like to secure a seat, enter "Guest of" and then your name. Then choose a meal option. There is no cost for award recipients or their guests. Here are details for the evening's event: Cocktails will be served at 6:00 PM (CDT) and dinner will begin at 7:00 PM(CDT) in the Schaumburg Ballroom, which is located on the floor level of the Schaumburg Convention Center. The Convention Center can be entered directly, or accessed through the hotel.Self Parking is complimentary and valet parking is available for $21 per day.
