Date: October 24, 2021 Time: 10AM-11:30AM Location: 4000 Cole Ave Dallas, Tx 75204 No Experience Required. It will be an informative course on realistic and personal self defense techniques to help you feel empowered to protect yourself. Strength and flexibility required. Wear comfortable workout attire.
