No Experience Required. It will be an informative course on realistic and personal self defense techniques to help you feel empowered to protect yourself. Strength and flexibility required. Wear comfortable workout attire.

The OCA's primary goal is to establish and maintain a positive working relationship between the Dallas Police Department and the residents of Dallas.
