Yoniswell Surf Collective x B4BC Beach Yoga + GROUP SURF Yoniswell Surf Collective is honored to partner with B4BC.org for this year's #BeHealthyGetActive Fitness Fundraising Campaign, October 2021. We are hosting beach yoga with a group surf session to follow. For all our beginner lady sliders, we offer a free beginner's clinic just before we paddle out together. Our goal is to shed light on breast cancer awareness month, which is actually every month for every woman in our eyes. We are women supporting each other in the fight against breast cancer while empowering each other to take ownership of our lives in a healthy and sustainable fashion. We are stoked to participate in B4BC's #BeHealthyGetActive Wellness and Fitness Classes and stand with B4BC.org and all their efforts. Did you know that 30 minutes of exercise 3-4 days per week can reduce your cancer risk by 30%-50%? Our vinyasa flow yoga class will be taught by surf goddess, Alexx Robles. Growing up Alexx was extremely athletic and high energy, always looking for a way to keep her body moving. She played basketball, track and cross country. Then in 2014, she took her first yoga class. Yoga became a way to focus, relax, and reconcile the energy of her mind and body. It also became a way for her to meet new people as she moved from city to city, deepening her relationships with others, as well as with herself. When she returned to LA, she felt the desire to teach and share her practice with others. She gained my 200-hour RYT Power and Yoga Sculpt certification. When she’s not teaching yoga, she spends her days teaching grade school science or surfing. She’s excited to practice with you!  We are stoked to flow with you, meet you, surf with you, and creative positive vibes with you! Yoniswell Surf Collective offers surf lessons, group surf community events, yoga, reiki, breathwork; a plethora of health and wellness activities that contribute to your surfing journey as a whole.
