Join avid birder and former New Hope Audubon Soc. President Tom Driscoll on an accessible, guided discovery of the birds of the Eno. Join avid birder and former New Hope Audubon Society President Tom Driscoll on an accessible, guided discovery of the birds of the Eno at Hillsborough's Riverwalk at Gold Park. This 2-hour program will take you along the 0.66 mile Gold Loop through fields, a wooded trail and along the Eno River and will illuminate many birds by sight and song. Binoculars and spotting scopes are encouraged but not required. You are also welcome to borrow a pair of our binoculars! This walk takes place on flat, solid concrete and wooden plank surfaces and is wheelchair accessible. Restrooms and ample parking are available. Please email [email protected] if you require additional assistance. Suggested ages 12 and up. Limited to 10 participants, masks required. $5 for the general public, $3 for Eno River Association members and children under 18. No dogs please. The Eno River Association (ERA) is a 501c3 non-profit conservation organization whose mission is to conserve and protect the natural, cultural, and historic resources of the Eno River basin. Established in 1966, the Eno River Association works to protect and restore exceptional places that provide our region with clean water and healthy forests, wildlife and natural areas, and open space.  To date, we have permanently protected more than 7,500 acres of land for the benefit of current and future generations.
