Trillium Construction is hiring for a Construction Superintendent for a 4-week Target remodel in the Kalamazoo area! Duties: Coordinate between the builder’s team and the welding subcontractor Assist the PM on developing and maintain project schedules Manage crews, deliveries, and inspections Provide daily/weekly reports and punch lists Qualifications: 5+ years of on-site commercial construction management experience MUST have commercial retail remodeling experience (Target or other big box remodels) Reliable transportation Must pass pre-employment screenings (criminal background)
