Barn Door Ciderworks, TreeRock Social Cider House, & the WNC Cheese Trail are partnering to present cider and mead with local cheese We're excited to offer an in-person pairing event at TreeRock Social Cider & Mead in Biltmore Village, Asheville, NC. Barn Door Ciderworks and the WNC Cheese Trail join TreeRock for this event that will include a guided tasting of three ciders and one mead paired with four local cheeses.  Our guests have the opportunity to learn about cider, mead, and how they pair with the local cheeses. We'll also discuss how the products are made, their origins, and why we love them. Our pairing events tend to sell out so don't delay in purchasing your tickets.
