Our daily activities teach our muscles how to react: to strengthen, tense or stretch accoring to how we use them most. This class is meant to kickstart the process of resetting some of those less beneficial habits & to give you tools that you can keep it up! Our bodies are smart, adaptable and able to learn what we teach them, so we will use this class as a chance to be grateful & gracious with them.
