Join us in the East Bay at a casual BAMMS Happy Hour.
The Bay Area Media Maker Summit (BAMMS) was created by and for filmmakers of the Bay Area and we would like to raise a glass to the community as we work together to build a yearly summit that will be at the service of makers.
Chat with BAMMS members and the Oakland Film Center organizers about what we need to build a stronger Bay Area film ecosystem. As the inaugural event, we want to gather safely after the tough months of isolation and celebrate those working and residing in the Bay.
Help create a vision for 2022!
To join us, you will be required to show proof of vaccination and ID for entry and open to guests 21 and older.
Venue is outdoors and ADA accessible.
Multiple events will be held over the weekend of October 22 - 24, including an outdoor discussion and picnic at Golden Gate Park and a film screening at The Roxie Theater.
BAMMS is looking to serve the hundreds of filmmakers that reside in the Bay Area. Specifically a population of media makers that are looking for community, resources, tools, and opportunities that can help them remain in the Bay Area and connect deeper with the community that they reside in.
