Beginner Flow with a 5.5 mile cycle followed by coffee from Aya Coffee & Books
Join us October 17th for a 60 minute Beginner Flow guided by Jennifer, designed for cyclists. With an emphasis on breath work and meditation, the class will focus on specific poses for hip flexors, quads, calves to promote muscle recovery and flexibility. Continue to stay heated as the group rides a 5.5 mile route from Wellness Warehouse (West Bottoms) to River Market and back. After the ride, enjoy a cup of coffee and books by Aya Coffee & Books!
Please arrive 15 minutes early. Bring a bike, helmet, water and mat.
