All alone cat rescue person needs rescue friends

Hello! My work friend has a tiny kitten I think someone left in her backyard - the kitten stopped bottle feeding and Erica wants to leave wok to pay a Vet $85 to look at it. She thinks its 3-weeks old...but can't be certain. I think that a vet charging $85 to look at a dying infant kitten is too much money - is there a less expensive Vet? Long term solution Could you help Erica find local rescue people to join up with? She is trying to do cat rescue all by herself. Thank you for any help you can offer. Verne Text...or email...
