Locale Gastropub Presents a 4 Course Garrison Brothers Bourbon Tasting & Food Pairing. We're at it again and this time we've teamed up with Garrison Brothers Texas Distillery, the first bourbon distillery outside of Kentucky. We'll be pairing Texas Bourbon with BBQ, of course! As always, we will present a 1/2 oz. neat pour and 4 oz. cocktail with each course. We'll be tasting the following Bourbons from Garrison Brothers: Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey | Award-Winning Small Batch Bourbon. Overflowing with the finest, gourmet-grade ingredients, made from a sweet mash bill and heat-forged in the scorching Texas sun, yielding a darker, richer and fuller bourbon. Bourbon Whiskey | Hand-picked by Master Distiller Donnis Todd for its distinct personality and expressive flavor profile. While every barrel will taste a bit different, you can expect a beautiful, dark copper color and long legs to help in savoring every drop of such a unique flavor. Balmorhea | Twice-Barreled Bourbon Whiskey. Aged four years in new American white oak barrels, then transferred to a second new American white oak barrel and aged an additional year. Honeydew | Award-winning Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey, infused with Burleson’s Texas Wildflower Honey, resulting in a smooth, light bourbon with a sweet honey finish.
