Call 320-864-7816 to schedule. Getting your flu shot has never been easier! Glencoe Regional Health makes it convenient by offering drive thru flu shots! Get your flu shot ‘on the spot’ without even leaving your car. Appointments are required, so reserve yours today. As always, patients are able to receive their flu vaccine at an appointment with their provider, as well as during nurse-only appointments by calling 320-864-7816. Address: 525 18th St. E., Glencoe, MN Map Enter the parking lot from 18th Street East and follow the cones. How to prepare for your drive-thru flu shot: Arrive at your scheduled time. Do not arrive early. Masks are required for all appointment types, including drive through flu shots. If you do not have a mask, a mask will be provided for you. Patients must be in a vehicle; no walk-ups or bicycles allowed. GRH staff will not enter vehicles; as such, adult patients must wear loose-fitting shirts or short-sleeve shirts or tank tops, and will have their flu shot administered in the arm closest to the vehicle’s window. Infants must remain in their car seats, and should wear a diaper only or shorts so staff may administer the flu shot in their thigh. If children are uncooperative and are unable to receive the flu shot during a drive-thru appointment, they will need to be rescheduled for an in-person visit at one of our clinics. Patients are advised to park and wait for 15 minutes after they receive their shot to ensure they do not have an adverse reaction.
