I'm looking to start a new project, something completely different than what's been done before. If you've ever seen The Lucky Chops on Youtube, I'd like to do something close to that. I'm open to any songs, bands, genres, as long as there's a lot of energy and we can have fun with it. Here are the instruments I'd love to have in the band: Horns (trumpet, trombone, etc) Saxophone- preferably Baritone sax Bass - preferably Upright Banjo Accordion Flute Glockenspiel I want instruments that sound good that you don't normally hear in a band. No electric guitars, no guitar solos. I'm the drummer. I don't do anything fancy other than keep a great beat and get a little funky. If you're super technical, probably won't work. I want this to be very loose, laid back, and just jam. I like songs to evolve so they may not be played the same way twice, be open to anything. I'm open to there being a singer, but it's not necessary unless they have a good voice and personality. If you've read this far, you're probably interested. Send me an email. What's the goal of this band? I would love to play out at high end restaurants, country clubs, casinos, festivals, who knows, but the goal is to perform in public.
