WALLINGFORD — A Wallingford resident is $1 million richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On October 6, Michael Tiscia, of Wallingford purchased a Mega Millions ticket from the Woodhouse Mart in Wallingford and won $1 million.
