BROCKTON, MA — A gunman took his own life after shooting a police officer four times during a standoff at a Brockton home, officials said. The police officer is expected to survive. Another person was found dead in a vehicle at the scene, Plymouth Country District Attorney Tim Cruz said. The gunman was barricaded in a Tabor Avenue home.
