Seeking Part Time IHSS Caregiver

I am currently seeking a part time caregiver for my mother she is mid 50's. She had a stroke about 2 years ago and she is non mobile on the left side of her body. She is wheel chair bound. I am looking for someone to help in the mornings from 8am to 11:00am daily Monday-Friday. Must speak fluent Spanish. Job duties include cleaning, laundry, cooking, showering, dressing, and run errands. Approximately 70 hours per month, which can be flexible and discussed during interview. IHSS pays $15.00 hr.
