Press release from the Montgomery County Department of Police: October 6, 2021 Update: October 7, 2021 - Jasper Burley has been located safe and unharmed. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Police - 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing 85-year-old male from Germantown.   Jasper Burley was last seen by his family at approximately 6 p.m. on Weds., Oct. 6 in the 11100 block of Little Fox Lane in Germantown.  Burley is 5-feet 8-inches tall and weighs 150 lbs.
