male pit bull and small female cat need rehoming

I have a grey/brown male pitbull and a small grey and white female cat that need a home. They are both rescues I have saved from the street. Neither are fixed, I haven't had the money but it also hasn't been an issue. The pitbull is a concern. He is very sweet. Very obedient. Listens very well. Just all around a very well behaved dog. Doesnt bark at other dogs. Doesnt chase after anything. Does fine on a leash. He still has his ears and tail. He was very underweight when I found him. I got him back to good health now but have been struggling to find him a good home. He will not go to just anyone. I need to know that he will go to a good home and will not be used for fighting or backyard breeding. The cat is very sweet. A took her from a homeless woman that begged me to give her a better home. As not good of a position as I was in to take her (considering I already had a full house of animals) I have to big of a heart for animals. They both get along with other cats and dogs, absolutely no problem. The cat does go into heat, needs to be spayed. Also worth noting that having them is violating my lease, so for their sake and my own, they need a better permanent home. Will answer any questions.
