I'm currently renting a space in Oakland and I'm surrounded by loud metal bands. Let me know if you're interested in sharing a quieter space or if you know of something for rent. I'd be willing to consider both hourly and monthly spots. This space doesn't have be anything fancy, as long as it has electricity. Thanks!
