Here are the top stories today in Irving: More on the school shooting Wednesday in Arlington: Texas Governor Greg Abbott spoke at a press conference yesterday about the violence. He revealed that a fight at the school precipitated the shooting and that the shooter was in possession of a gun illegally. Governor Abbott said that, at the time of the press conference, he wasn't sure yet about the number of victims.
