Description
If you have ADHD, meditation is a struggle - to start or to get the most out of it. Maybe that is because traditional forms of meditation are built by and for people with nuerotypical minds.
For four weeks we are going to explore whether we can approach meditation in a way that takes advantage of the unique chemistry and structure of our brains instead of fighting them. We will start with insights and tweaks I have made over the 20 years I have meditated with ADHD and add experimentation and input. We will discuss what worked and where we got stuck.
