During the investigation deputies learned the child accessed the above ground pool in the backyard of the residence without the knowledge of his guardians.   The child, Chasson Carver (3) of Las Vegas, Nevada, died at the scene.   This press release was produced by the Sedgwick County Kansas Sheriff's Office.
