SURGE Coworking is seeking a maintenance professional for coworking spaces across Tacoma. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work with a great property management company. Duties include but aren't limited to: Works in coworking spaces on turnover and renovation of units Works on external, as well as internal repairs, sometimes in historic buildings. Repairs may include but are not limited to, drywall repairs, painting, fence and gate repairs, basic plumbing repairs, appliance repair, and common area clean-up. Moving furniture Keeps storage facilities and equipment in an orderly, working condition. QUALIFICATIONS: Should have handyperson, construction, or maintenance experience Must be COVID 19 VACCINATED Ability to work 8am-5pm T-F Reliable Transportation Paid Hourly $20/ Hour This job comes with full benefits after 60 DAYS.
