We are currently seeking a full time Maintenance Supervisor for our 90 unit community in Bothell. * Must have valid Drivers License* Responsibilities include but not limited to: · Maintains a positive relationship with all Residents and fellow Associates to ensure excellent customer service. · Up keeping facility, Painting, turning units, maintain inventory, scheduling and performing repairs in a timely manner, pressure washing, light exterior painting etc. · Monthly inspections of buildings and equipment Qualifications: · Must have a working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair and service · Ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action; superior customer service skills; and a great attention to detail · 1+years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, and appliances required, experience in painting a plus. · High school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school and/or military training or industry designation a plus. Valid driver's license Pay : DOE per hour with quarterly bonuses Job Type: Full-time COVID-19 considerations: Mask required if unvaccinated
