General Laborers Now Hiring $20+ depending on experience! Full-time offer and benefits! Simma Restoration Group (SRG) is a full-service waterproofing and floor restoration company specializing in caulking, resinous floors and polished concrete. SRG is looking for hard working, competent, reliable employees including those with caulking, floor tech, concrete finishing, and warehouse management experience. In the trades and want a change of pace, we are willing to train the right people. WE WORK ALL YEAR! Must be able to follow instructions and safety rules. Pay is dependent on experience and will be reflective of your performance and work ethic. Ability to learn on the job, a good attitude and a strong work ethic are a must. Daily responsibilities include: • The job duties of a general laborer vary but are not limited • Cleaning and preparing job sites • Loading and unloading small equipment • Clean sites from debris and discarded material • Skills required to learn vary depending on job – flooring or caulking The ideal candidate has the following characteristics: • Must be able to travel to job sites - we have projects from Snohomish county to Thurston county with most of our work in King and Pierce counties.
