SAN MATEO, CA — A two-car crash on northbound Interstate 280 near the Millbrae Avenue exit impacted traffic for hours early Thursday morning. Traffic started moving again around 7:30 a.m., according to Cal Fire CZU. Photos shared by Cal Fire on social media show a heavily-damaged white car and emergency personnel on scene.
