This job requires a person to have general knowledge of residential construction. Our company repairs, and restores homes damaged by fire, water, and mold. Very active job and must be able to load and unload from 50-75lbs. Set up and operation of all power tools safely. Drive safely to and from all job sites. Communicate clearly with customers and supervisors. Be able to be on your feet most of the day. Job requires a person to follow instructions and be a team member.
Requirements: Clean DMV printout (when applying). General construction background. Presentable appearance.
Duties: Demo of kitchens, bathrooms, drywall, stucco etc. Operate power tools safely. Install basebards, trim, doors, windows & appliances. General knowledge of drywall, insulation, and painting. Installing finish work items
