Executive Housekeeper for Miami Home Location: Miami, Florida Schedule: Flexible, as needed (the family prefers a LIVE IN candidate but is open to LIVE OUT) Compensation: Open, DOE + benefits & health insurance A couple living in Miami, Florida is seeking a full time executive housekeeper to take care of their beautiful Miami home. This is a VERY clean and organized home, and we would like to find someone who is clean, organized, and exceedingly detailed by nature! MUST have a true passion for perfection and a keen eye for detail – nothing gets past you and you will not leave any stone unturned! The property includes a mater bedroom, separate his and hers bath, 2 offices, living room, dining room, family room, library and 3 guest rooms which do not get used 90% of the time. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in high end homes and will understand beautiful presentation (properly making beds, setting the powder rooms and bathrooms, maintaining the furniture, fluffing pillows, etc). Must be discreet, trustworthy, professional and incredibly reliable with a heart for service! The living accommodations for a live in candidate will include a nice sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a kitchen with seating area, and glass doors overlooking a peaceful yard. An amazing opportunity to work in a beautiful home with a very kind couple who are looking to find someone that will stay for the long term! There are no children or pets in this home. Specific duties/responsibilities will include: General daily cleaning and deep cleaning as needed Must be flexible for various schedules as sometimes you will be needed at different times of day Laundry and ironing for the household (including bedsheets – large items will be sent out for dry clean) Detail oriented VERY clean state of mind Organized Punctual Trustworthy/reliable Knowledge of how to care for expensive pieces Expert with laundry/can care for fine clothing Can set a table and serve dinner Help with dinner parties or when guests are visiting Can manage flower arrangements Light cooking is a plus but not required Errands Groceries
