The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for Apartment Maintenance Personnel to start ASAP. Seeking Groundskeepers, Make Ready/Turn Techs and Maintenance Techs Requirements: • Valid Driver’s License required • Reliable transportation required • Willing to submit to a background check • A/C, EPA or HVAC certification required for: (Maintenance Techs and Maintenance Supervisors) • The ability to safely lift 60 pounds Successful candidates will have working knowledge in the following areas, but not limited to: • Plumbing • Electrical • Painting • Make ready turns • Maintenance of grounds • Residential Service Requests • On call and after hours emergency service requests • Ability to multitask and prioritize • Excellent customer service.
