I am looking for a full time or a part time person to clean residential rental properties, mostly single family homes. Additional work, besides cleaning will include assisting with management of the properties, such as showings of rental units, delivering documents, purchasing supplies, checking condition of the properties, etc. Must be dependable, have a high level of work ethics and a valid driver license; having a vehicle is a bonus but not a must. Preferably speak ENGLISH and SPANISH. Properties you would be working on are mostly located in: Westminster, Thornton, Federal Heights, unincorporated Denver That is an area between: 75th Ave - 104th Ave and Sheridan Blvd - Washington St. Job is available immediately - 30 hours per week or more.
