Route Helper – No Drivers License Required - 4 Day Work Week - $18.75/HR at 40 Hour Weeks • Our client, a strong commercial service based company headquartered in Englewood, CO has an immediate need for a Route Helper for their growing Service Team. • In this role, the Route Helper works with the local Route Account Manager in assisting customers typically in the manufacturing and industrial and automotive industry. The Route Helper will help to make timely product deliveries on a defined service route, they will work to build relationships and ensure customer retention, and they will provide excellent customer service. Some specific duties in the position include handling customer issues and complaints, renewing service contracts when needed, establish and grow the existing customer relationships, understanding products and billing, ensuring the company vehicle is well organized and clean, enforcing company policies and more. • The work schedule for this position is typically a Monday - Thursday role with 3 days off! Typical start time is between 6-7am for the Account Manager. Compensation in this position will include a base of $39,000 at 40 hour weeks.
